Heard Landscapes were given the opportunity to deliver a landscape led scheme for 20 new residential dwellings in Carshalton. Focus on retaining several huge mature trees on site informed the design, which delivers a wonderful new nature play area, plus immersive planted areas with social seating to foster a sense of community on the new development.

Currently a tarmac carpark, this scheme will offer a dramatic increase in biodiverse habitat types, with new native hedging and trees proposed, as well as a wildflower meadow and mixed planting throughout the site.
